A1:  PI signed → deposit received → production scheduled and materials confirmed → golden sample signed off by you → mass production → pre-shipment inspection → booking and shipment. Each milestone has a dedicated contact and is confirmed in writing, so nothing is left to interpretation.

Q2. How do I track progress? Will I only hear about delays at the deadline?

A2:  We manage progress by milestone, sending on-site photos or video at each stage: production start, golden sample, semi-finished goods, packing and shipment. If a material or capacity risk appears, we flag it at the moment it is identified and propose a re-stocking or split-shipment plan — we do not wait until the delivery date to raise it.
